(1) The things mentioned in any public document by a national servant in the course of the performance of his duties and by a person in the course of the performance of his duties prescribed by law may be taken as evidence.
(2) Documents relating to maps, maps or data published by the Government of Nepal or by a person authorized by the Government of Nepal or by a public institution and available for sale in public can be taken as evidence.
